N. VIOLATION OF RIGHTS
If you think your rights have been violated, please contact us. We will take appropriate measures, including the removal of any information or article. You agree to indemnify Exousia & Acher Inc. against any claims of third parties against Childsheroes arising out of such notice.

Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order with childsheroes, you notify us that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. ORDER
To purchase one or more products listed on the Website, you must select each product you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. When you have selected all the products you want to buy, you can confirm the contents of your shopping cart and place the order.
You will be redirected to the page summarizing the details of the products you have selected, their price and delivery options and childsheores fees. You will then have to choose the delivery options and the methods of sending and paying that are most convenient for you.
At the top of this page is the purchase button. You must click on this button to confirm and place your order.
2. RIGHT OF RETRACTION
LEGAL RIGHT TO RETURN
Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you may withdraw from your order without giving reasons within 14 days from the date you or a third party You (other than the carrier), physically took possession of the goods purchased.
EFFECTS OF RETRACTATION
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges and childsheroes connection fees no later than 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal request. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF RETRACTION
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

3 OBLIGATIONS OF SELLERS
The Seller agrees that the item corresponding to the sale. It describes the Product offered for sale according to the criteria retained by childsheroes. The description of the Product must correspond to its actual characteristics. The Seller shall mention at a minimum: the name of the product, the essential characteristics of the Product, its state of use.
The Seller is solely responsible for the proper performance of the obligation to inform the Buyers of the essential characteristics of the Product and, if necessary, the evaluation of the shipping costs. He is solely responsible for the description of the Products he offers for sale.
Childsheroes is therefore released from any claim relating to the content and form of said description. The Seller undertakes to carry out all validations, verifications and all necessary clarifications so that the description and the elements of the offer are faithful and do not mislead the Buyer. In the event of a product error, the Vendor will assume solely the additional costs incurred and no claim on its part will be admissible as such to either Buyer or Exousia & Acher Inc.
The Seller undertakes to confirm or refuse its offer of sale within five working days of receiving an e-mail from childsheroes. Failure to reply on his part after a period of five working days will render the offer for sale invalid. After two failures to reply to the said e-mail, childsheroes will temporarily suspend the offers of the Seller of the marketplace.
4. Issuance of the Product to the Purchaser
The Seller is obliged to deliver the Product ordered to the Buyer because he is obligated to send, at his own expense, the suitably packed and protected article no later than two working days after the date of communication of the address 'Buyer. In the event of the unavailability of the article ordered from a professional Seller, the latter will be able to provide an item of a quality and a price equivalent to the Buyer.
5. Obligations of professional sellers
The Professional Vendor must identify with Exousia & Acher Inc in that capacity. We reserve the right not to contract with a professional Seller.
Childsheroes reminds professionals of their obligations to respect the laws and regulations relating to the exercise of a commercial activity of distance selling on a professional basis. In particular, it will have to satisfy its declaratory obligations of a social or fiscal nature. The Seller shall comply with the regulations on waste electrical and electronic equipment, compliance and commercial guarantees.
The professional establishes, free of charge for the benefit of the Purchaser, an invoice complying with the legal requirements designating the product sold and the price of the Transaction.
6.Financial Arrangements
The Seller authorizes Childsheroes to collect, on behalf of itself and on its behalf, the price of the transaction through the secure electronic payment system set up on the marketplace.
NB : The Commission is owed by the Seller even in case of return of the Product by the Buyer or reversal of the offer of sale by the Seller, except for lack of childsheroes.
The Commission invoiced to the Seller for each sale corresponds to the difference between the total amount paid by the Buyer and the amount paid back to the Seller according to the terms of the warrant operation.
7. CUSTOMS AND PURCHASERS
The buyer is warned that he is likely to be asked by the customs to pay duties and taxes when acquiring products from Sellers located outside his country. Childsheroes has no control over customs clearance fees and these will be at the Buyer's expense.
The Purchaser agrees to have a standardized mailbox conforming to the recommendations of the postal services (size of the mailbox, indication of the coordinates of the residents ...). If one or more products ordered from one or more Sellers are not available. This is not a reason for renouncing all the products ordered; The Purchaser being bound by its acceptance of the offer of the other product (s) available.

If, after six weeks from the date of purchase, no confirmation or claim has been received, the transaction is deemed to be perfect. The transaction is also deemed complete upon confirmation by the Buyer.
In the event of unpaid payment due to the fraudulent use of a means of payment, childsheroes will apply to the buyer an administration fee of 20% of the amount of the delinquency, but not less than (100) dollars excluding taxes. The Member authorizes childsheroes to collect the amount of the delinquency, plus the application fee, from the Member's escrow account.
The return costs incurred during a retraction are the responsibility of the buyer. By way of exception to the foregoing, the costs of returning a product, which by its nature can not be returned by post, shall be borne by the Seller when the latter has not specified, before the order, The cost of returning the Product.
8. Approval of the claim
In the event of an application for reimbursement approved childsheroes will instruct the receiver to proceed to the reimbursement of the Price of the Transaction.
When a Product is returned under the terms and conditions provided herein by Buyer to Exousia & Acher Inc or the Seller and the Transaction Price has been returned, the Buyer hereby waives any right in the Product under consideration Has ceased to be his property thereby.
9. This Agreement is subject to US law.
Any litigation with a Member acting in a professional capacity and arising in connection with its interpretation and / or enforcement is within the jurisdiction of the Delaware Commercial Court.
